Are you licensed to do this work?

Our business & trucks are fully licensed and insured.

What items can't you take?

We are not licensed to carry hazardous materials in our trucks. Please call your local city recycling center for help with disposing of any hazardous materials.

How do I estimate my junk volume?

We will do this for you before the job is started. Weight & hauling load count often determine the price as well. However if you would like to conduct a DIY estimate here is a quick formula:

  • Place it in an neat stack
  • Measure the length, width and height in feet.
  • Then multiply the three measurements ( L x W x H = cubic feet)
  • Lastly divide the cubic feet by 27 (cubic feet รท27 = cubic yards)

Can you do the job for me if I am not on site?

Yes, but customers should be on site when trucks arrive. We call 15 to 30 minutes before arrival to let you know we are on the way. If you are unable to be on site please call to confirm. We can still proceed as planned.

How do you estimate the cost and provide proper quotes?

Quotes come from the below forms of communication. A locked price is set once we have a look under, above and beyond the haul contents in person.

  • Calling (this method is best for saving time)
  • Send us pictures of the haul content.
  • Explain the contents through an email or text.
  • Schedule a meeting.

Can a pick-up be done after hours?

Contact us and we'll be happy to discuss options. Special arrangements can be made if required.

Why would I use your service rather than a dumpster or roll-off bin?

Why pay for days or even weeks of having an ugly dumpster or roll-off bin sitting outside your house or business? With a dumpster or roll-off bin, you pay for the whole thing, whether you fill it or not! Instead, you can hire our services do all of the labor and clean-up for you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash is always great! We also accept checks, Venmo and Paypal (which accepts all major credit cards).
